How Rook & Ink handles information on public sites and contact channels.
What we collect
Contact forms may collect your name, email, optional topic, and message content so we can respond. We do not sell contact data.
Under-construction production contact
While apex and www serve the under-construction landing, the live contact form posts to
POST /api/contact on the production Worker. Submissions may be stored in Cloudflare
Workers KV and may trigger optional email notify. That API path is separate from the full multipage
site preview.
Full-site preview contact
On the full multipage site (local or preview Worker), the inquiry form opens your email client via mailto to hello@rookandink.com with your message drafted. The preview Worker does not provide a contact API. Message content travels through your mail client to that address.
Cookies and analytics
The parent brand site does not rely on third-party advertising cookies. We do not run a marketing pixel stack on these pages. Hosting and security tooling on Cloudflare may process standard request metadata (for example IP, user agent, and request path) as part of serving and protecting the site. If analytics are added later, this page will be updated before they ship.
What we do not do
Rook & Ink is not licensed nursing care, medical advice, or clinical education delivery under license. Healthcare-adjacent Work items are product and craft examples. Contacting us does not create a clinical relationship.
Hosting and product boundaries
Sites are hosted on Cloudflare. Preview Workers are unlisted and may be noindexed. Product subdomains are separate security and data boundaries when live. Portfolio pages on the parent site explain products; they do not automatically share product-user data with the brand site.
Retention and requests
Contact records are kept only as long as needed to respond and operate the practice. To ask about access or deletion of a contact submission, email hello@rookandink.com.
